The SCDW (and friends) will entertain, scare, amaze and astound you for all four weekends in October with the wildly popular “Haunted Theatre”. Strange and unusual sights and sounds await you as you tour the three floors of this haunted theatre!
Short attention span? Difficulty in choosing what to see? No problem! The Sullivan County Dramatic Workshop is excited to present a new version of an old favorite: The 10 Minute Play Festival – a showcase of short (10 Minute) masterpieces to entertain you. Each of the two programs consists of six plays – a variety of comedy and drama. It’s a mighty mix of laughter and tears.
Produced and directed by Amber Schmidt and Lourdesa Hunt, this season’s 10 Minute Play Festival brings you two weekends of fabulous original plays written by playwrights local and beyond. Local directors Sally Gladden, Lourdesa Hunt, Joshuah Patriarco, Anna Puleo, Amber Schmidt Grace Summa and Harold Tighe offer their expertise in presenting an entire play in 10 minutes!
Come see six plays on Friday and Sunday; and/or treat yourself to all 12 plays on Festival Saturdays with the bonus of an intermezzo with food and entertainment.
All performances are at the historic Rivoli Theatre in South Fallsburg. Performances are Fridays, 9/13 & 9/20 at 8:00PM, Sundays, 9/15 & 9/22 at 2:00PM, and Saturdays at 4:00PM and 8:00PM – or Festival tickets include both performances plus refreshments. Tickets for each set of 6 plays are General admission $15 (plus fees on-line), seniors/students/military $12 (plus fees on-line).
