In July, the timeless, classic musical, Lionel Bart’s “Oliver” earned Meritorious Achievement in Scenic Design to Harold Tighe, Anna Puleo, Thomas Caputo, Keith Prince, and Amanni Sitz, Meritorious Achievement in Costume Design to Jean Eifert, Meritorious Achievement in Acting to Cayden Keesler for the portrayal of Oliver, Meritorious Achievement in Acting to Alea Vorillas for the portrayal of Nancy and Meritorious Achievement in Acting to Joseph Jervais for the portrayal of Fagin.
A Lovely Day to Kill Your Spouse was awarded Excellence in Direction to Sally Gladden, Excellence in Ensemble Acting to the Cast, Excellence in Acting to Arthur Aulisi for the portrayal of Graham and Excellence in Production Design, Concept and Execution to Dawn Perneszi, Jean Eifert, Harold Tighe, Anna Puleo, Grace Summa and Felicia Merillo.

An original work by local playwright, Ellie J. received an award for outstanding production development and performance! Also, the Sullivan County Dramatic Workshop received an award for “Excellence in the Development of Youth Theatre in Partnership with Local Schools for the SCDW Youth Theatre production of “Simply Cinderella and the Benjamin Cosor Players production of “Alice in Wonderland”.
